How To make Nimbu Rice

urad dal

chana dal

cashews, handful

raisins, handful

turmeric, pinch
1
cup
vegetables, mixed

each
lemon

Directions:
Cook rice. Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon. Fry as appropriate. Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice.
