200grams butter or margarine 4 eggs 1/3 cup milk 200gms all purpose flour 2 tbsp baking powder 200gms sugar

▼STRAWBERRY & BROWN SUGAR CAKE RECIPE▼ =========================================
Ingredients: •2-3 layers or brown sugar cake (See How to Make a Brown Sugar Cake) •vanilla buttercream icing •1 quart strawberries
Directions: •If using fresh strawberries, rinse, slice and set aside. If using frozen strawberries, thaw and set them aside. •Pipe a little of vanilla buttercream icing on the center of a cake board. This will help prevent the cake from moving on the cake board. •Place a layer of brown sugar cake in the center for the cake board. •Spread a light layer of icing over the top of the cake layer. •Pipe a wall of icing along the perimeter of the top of the cake layer. •Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the icing harden. •Place strawberries on top of the layer of iced cake. •Place another layer of brown sugar cake on top of the previous cake layer. •Pipe icing into the gaps between the new cake layer and the icing wall. •If make at three layer cake, repeat steps 4-9 •Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. •Ice the top and sides of the cake. •Decorate as desired.
