16 Ounces LOUIS RICH Ground Turkey thawed 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon onion salt 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine 1 Cup sliced fresh mushrooms hamburger buns split MIX turkey, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and onion salt in large bowl. Shape turkey mixture into 4 (4-in.) patties; set aside. MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Remove mushrooms; cover to keep warm. Zero Point Turkey Mushroom Burgers
This is my Weight Watchers (WW) friendly zero point turkey burger recipe with a cooking demonstration. This large recipe makes plenty of freezer ready meals and can feed an army.
Turkey Burgers with Caramelized Onions, Sautéed Mushrooms, and Swiss Cheese

Ingredients: 8 oz. white button mushrooms 1 Vidalia Onion 1 pound ground turkey 4 slices of swiss cheese 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt 1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard ½ teaspoon pepper Splash of red wine vinegar
Instructions: Step 1 – chop 8 oz. of white button mushrooms Step 2 – using a Mandoline thinly slice one Vidalia onion Step 3 – Combine the 1 ½ teaspoons of kosher salt, 1 ½ teaspoons of dry mustard, ½ teaspoon of pepper with 1 pound of ground turkey Step 4 – Dived the ground turkey mixture into 4 patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes Step 5 – In a cast iron skillet add vegetable oil and sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes Step 6 – In the same skillet add the Vidalia onion and cook until caramelized about 15 minutes just before you remove them from the skillet add a splash of red wine vinegar to deglaze Step 7 – Cook the burgers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side Step 8 – Top the burgers with the caramelized onion, sautéed mushrooms and a slice of swiss cheese, pop in the oven with the broiler on to melt the cheese
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions Preheat grill for high heat. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground turkey, mushrooms, onion, and soy sauce. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Form into 4 burger patties. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place patties on the prepared grill, and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until well done. Top with blue cheese during the last few minutes.
