Please like, share with your friends on social media and subscribe! It would be greatly appreciated! Enjoy your day!!
This was my grandmother's version passed down to my mom. We grew up always thinking this was the normal way to make Shepherd's Pie!
4-6 potatoes (cooked & mashed with salt pepper, butter and milk)
1 pound ground beef (season with a dash of salt and pepper)
1 bag of frozen peas
Cook the peas in the microwave, cook the ground beef and then layer in a casserole dish!
And yes, I do know now the correct way to make it, but my daughter wanted to see this version!!! :-)
