How To make Mom's Best Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds Ground beef

lean
1 cup Milk
1 Egg :

slightly beaten
3/4 cup Soft bread crumbs
1 medium Onion

chopped fine
1 tablespoon Green pepper :

chopped fine
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Allspice -- ground
1 teaspoon Dill weed
Additional ketchup
In lge. bowl, combine first 12 ingreds.; mix well. Press into 8 x 1 x 2" loaf pan. Bake at 350~ for 1 hr. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 min. more or until no pink remains.
