How To make Milk Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons margarine melted
:
Filling---- 16 ounces fat-free cream cheese softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unbleached flour
3 egg whites :
whipped
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare crust, combine crumbs and margarine in a small mixing bowl. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg whites, sour cream, vanilla, and chocolate chips in another mixing bowl. Pour into crust. Bake for 55 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool. Chill.

BROWNIE CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
1 (19.5- or 22-oz) pkg. fudge brownie mix
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease bottom only of 9-inch springform pan. Prepare brownie mix as package directs for chewy brownies. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes or until set. Reduce oven temperature to 300° F.
2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into baked crust.
3. Reduce oven temperature to 300° F. Bake 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Remove side of springform pan. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Bake time: 1 hour 25 minutes
Note: Chocolate chips may fall to brownie layer during baking. You can add about a tsp. of flour to them and mix if you do not want them to sink.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
2 To 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Mini chocolate chips
1 ts Flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Make the cookie dough layers: Cream the butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl, beating until they're pale yellow and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, stirring to combine.
3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the butter-sugar mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips. Set aside.
4. Make cheesecake filling: In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. Set aside.
5. Press half of the cookie dough into a well-greased 8- or 9-inch square pan. (Dust your fingers with flour to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.) Spread cheesecake filling over dough. Crumble and sprinkle remaining half of dough over cheesecake layer.
6. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. Cut into bars and serve.
