How To Make Lebanese Kofta Kebabs
1kg beef mince (lamb can be used)
1 brown onion, finely diced
1 handful chopped mint (or parsley)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp red sumac
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
2-3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
Restaurant Style Arabic Beef Curry Recipe
ARABIC BEEF CURRY
Ingredients:
1 kg beef
3 medium potatoes
3 cups water
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder to taste
Salt to taste
Cinnamon, black pepper, black cardamom, mace to taste
Dry lemon powder ½ tsp
Onions 1 cup
Tomato paste ½ cup
Garlic cloves 5 to 6 cloves
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Ginger powder 1 tsp
PROCEDURE:
Fry meat on medium flame in 1/3rd cup of oil for 10 mins and add coriander seeds, onions and garlic and all other spices and mix well. Add water and let it get cooked for 20 to 25 mins. Add coriander seeds, tomato paste and mix well. add potatoes and cover the lid for more 15 to 20 mins or until both the meat and potatoes are tender. Its done.

Beef Rice Arab Style | You Have To Try This
I really love this beef rice, it is full of flavor.
Note Black lemon whole or powder, many of you may find it hard to find, so take a look online, there is nothing really that can replace this.
I made this version without onion, you can add a cup of onions and 1tbsp of garlic if you like. If so add both at the point of cooking the beef and spices.
1KG (2.2 POUND) BEEF CUBES
1TSP TURMERIC
1TSP CUMIN
1TSP CHILLI POWDER
1TSP SALT
1TSP BLACK PEPPER
1TSP CORIANDER
1TSP BLACK LEMON POWDER
1TSP NUTMEG
1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL
6 GREEN CARDAMON PODS
6 CLOVES
1TSP CUMIN SEEDS
2 BAY LEAVES
135 GRAMS OF TOMATO PASTE
2 TOMATOES
2 WHOLE BLACK LEMON
1 LITRE WATER (OR STOCK)
3 CUPS BASMATI RICE

Kofta:
1.5 kg Minced meat 30% fat (lamb, beef or a mix of both is recommended)
3 Tsp Salt
2.5 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
160g Drained grated onion from (requires 2 medium onions to make)
25g Parsley, after removing the stems this should be roughly 13g of leaves
Tahini Sauce:
75g Yoghurt
50g Tahini Paste
50ml Water
20ml Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
