Hello friends, today we will see the easiest method to make puff pastry at home. You can use this puff pastry to make any type of puff.
I have folded the pastry dough for 3 times in total. You can do upto 6 times also. Don't forget to keep the dough in freezer for 20 minutes for each folding.
And you can store this puff pastry in freezer in an air tight container for 1 month.
