Chocolate Meringue Cookies are like no other. This recipe is so easy to make, and they taste absolutely amazing. The rich chocolate flavour comes through with chocolate pieces hidden inside the crunchy and chewy meringue. They work so well as decorations on the cake, or just on their own. These little meringues are made with cocoa and chocolate chips. They are to die for, especially when they are still warm and come from the oven, that chocolate melts inside. If you like meringues and chocolate this one is for you!
