How To make Meringue Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 Egg whites
1/8 ts Cream of tarter
1/8 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Superfine sugar
1/2 c Chocolate chips
1/4 c Nuts; optional
Preheat oven 300 degrees. Beat egg whites, cream of tarter and salt together until soft peaks form. Add vanilla, then add sugar gradually, beating until stiff. Fold in choc. and nuts. Drop by teaspoon fulls 2 inches apart on ungreased brown paper layed on cookie sheet. Bake until dry approx. 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from brown paper. Set on rack to cool before storing in airtight container. Freezes well. -----

????CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
►2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
►1/2 cup granulated sugar
►1 cup light brown sugar (tightly packed)
►2 large eggs at room temperature
►2 tsp vanilla extract
►3 cups all-purpose flour (375 grams),
►1 tsp baking soda
►1 tsp salt
►2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
note: Recipe updated May 2020. We found the cookies to work best with 1 tsp baking soda instead and 1 tsp salt.

Meringue Cookies Recipe
These beautiful meringue cookies are light as air, perfectly sweet, and so easy to make! Great with a cup or coffee and look wonderful on a cookie tray! Meringue cookies are such a delightful addition to the table and so easy to make! I love to flavor mine with a drop of good vanilla but almond and even peppermint are great choices too. Try dipping or drizzling with chocolate for an extra layer of flavor and remember, these make wonderful gifts!.

Chocolate Chip Meringue Kisses - bite sized perfection!
This recipe is super easy and relatively fail-proof! Kisses are crispy and melt in your mouth!

When adding the sugar to the egg white mixture, make sure your beater is mixing constantly. Stop once or twice to scrape down the bowl, then continue beating until meringue is stiff and glossy.
If you don't have piping bags on hand, the meringues can simply be dropped by teaspoon onto a waxed paper lined baking sheet.
Important Tip: meringues need to cool in the oven overnight (or for several hours during the day) with the oven door closed. This allows them to fully dry out so they're perfectly crispy and melt in your mouth!
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
dash of salt
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Chocolate Chips Meringue Cookies
These meringue cookies may not attract you in appearance but taste-wise, they are sure to make you feel happy!
This recipe is adapted from: Meringue by Linda Jackson, Jennifer Evans Gardner; chocolate chip clouds recipe.
1 egg whites (33 grams)
50 grams caster sugar
4 grams cocoa powder unsweetened
50 grams chocolate chips
Dash of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
In a clean dry stainless steel bowl, whisk the egg whites till foamy and white on low speed. Add in the caster sugar by scattering it bit by bit while whisking till soft peaks form. Add in the cocoa powder and pinch of salt and continue to whisk till combined and stiff peaks form, scraping the sides and bottoms to ensure even mixing.
Fold in the chocolate chips and add in the vanilla extract and continue to fold till combined. Do not over-mix.
Transfer the whole thing to a pastry bag and snip off the end.
Pipe out shapes you desire on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven of 100 degree celsius for 90 minutes. Switch off the oven, switch off the power and leave the meringue cookies to crisp in the oven for 1 hour. Immediately store in air-tight container once finish.
