How To make Meringue Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 Egg whites
1/8 ts Cream of tarter
1/8 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Superfine sugar
1/2 c Chocolate chips
1/4 c Nuts; optional
Preheat oven 300 degrees. Beat egg whites, cream of tarter and salt together until soft peaks form. Add vanilla, then add sugar gradually, beating until stiff. Fold in choc. and nuts. Drop by teaspoon fulls 2 inches apart on ungreased brown paper layed on cookie sheet. Bake until dry approx. 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from brown paper. Set on rack to cool before storing in airtight container. Freezes well. -----

Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies | The PianoChef
In this video, I show you how to make one of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes. Even though this is a Christmas cookie, that doesn't mean you have to celebrate Christmas to try this! If you want, you can add food coloring to the batter if you want to make it festive. Enjoy!
Here is the recipe:
3 egg whites, room temperature
1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 275 degrees. First, beat the egg whites really well until they are super foamy. Once they are nice and foamy, you can add in the vanilla and cream of tartar. Once they are incorporated, you can slowly spoon in the confectioner's sugar. Last, you can fold in the chocolate chips and if you want, you can add food colorings. Once it is mixed, you can drop tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased foil-lined baking sheet. Next, you can put them into the oven for 30 minutes. Once they are done, you can take them out and let them cool for 20 minutes, and then you can remove them from the cookie sheet. Enjoy!

Ingredients for making double chocolate meringue cookies:
2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions for making double chocolate meringue cookies:
- First in a large bowl add your egg whites
- Then add in your sugar to the bowl
- Now mix everything together with a whisk until meringue forms
- Now you can add in your cocoa powder
- And also add your chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
- Now mix everything together with a whisk again
- Spoon your cookie dough onto your baking sheet
- Bake in the oven at 300F for 25 minutes
- Your chocolate meringue cookies are now ready to eat
