Mediterranean Meatballs and Tzatziki Recipe
Mediterranean Meatballs and Tzatziki Recipe. Ingredients: Pork (Chicken or turkey mince is also fine to use as an alternative), Onions, Potatoes, Parsley, Egg, Cinnamon, Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil. Ingredients for Tzatziki: Cucumber, Mint, Greek, Plain Greek Yogurt, Garlic and a pinch of Salt.
Ingredients for the meat balls: 500g of minced chicken, (or either minced pork or turkey mince as an alternative meat), 1 onion, 2 Potatoes, 40g parsley, 1 Egg, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, and 3 tsp of olive oil.
Instruction to make the meatballs: 1. Grate an onion, add to 500g on your preferred minced meat, grate 2 potatoes and strain the juice out, chop 40 g of parsley, add one egg, a tsp of cinnamon, season with one tsp of salt and one tsp of pepper, add 3 tsp of olive oil. Mix the ingredients together. Pre heat a pan of vegetable oil and cook the meat balls for around 10 minutes.
Ingredients for the Tzatziki dip: ¼ cucumber, dry mint, small clove of garlic, 250g of plain Greek yogurt, and a pinch of salt.
To make the Tzatziki : grate a ¼ cucumber, add crushed dry mint, add a small crushed clove of garlic, mix together with 250g of plain Greek yogurt, and add a pinch of salt.

Hi everyone! In this video I'm going to show you how to make the most delicious Greek meatballs AKA Keftedakia or Keftedes. These are juicy, bite-size meatballs, seasoned with fresh herbs and baked to perfection. You're definitely going to love these!
GREEK MEATBALLS INGREDIENTS
800gr ground beef.
2 onion - finely chopped.
4 garlic cloves - finely chopped.
½ cup fresh mint - chopped.
½ bunch of fresh cilantro - chopped.
2tbsp red wine vinegar.
2 tbsp olive oil + ¼ cup for brushing.
2/3 cup breadcrumbs.
2tsp salt.
1tsp cumin.
Freshly ground black pepper.
2 eggs.

Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
350g ground pork, shoulder
500g ground pork, leg
½ onion, finely chopped
20 pcs ILIADA Green Olives pitted
50ml ILIADA LAKONIA PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 large eggs
½ bunch of parsley, finely chopped
3 slices stale bread without crust
200g corn flour
½ tbs garlic powder
100 ml beer
1 tbs mild mustard
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & fresh pepper
For the Feta sauce:
100g feta cheese
100 ml heavy cream
100 ml fresh milk
50 g strained yogurt
1/3 bunch of spearmint, finely chopped
Salt & fresh pepper

Although there are many recipes for meatballs, this recipe is one of my favorites. Because they're baked instead of fried, just pop them into the oven, then come back in a few minutes to a tasty treat. Try adding these meatballs to a red sauce and serving them with pasta, or form them into larger balls and use them to create a delicious meatball sub. The addition of prosciutto, salami, and dried chorizo, combined with ground meat, cheese and seasoning adds a rich depth of flavor that's irresistibly good.
