Parmesan Mayo Crusted Chicken - Parmesan and Mayonnaise Crusted Chicken

Saying this mayo chicken is easy is an understatement. This comes together so quickly and is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Even if you HATE mayo you will LOVE this. You don’t even taste the mayo! Topped with homemade breadcrumbs infused with fresh garlic that will have your taste buds poppin!

| Ingredients |
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Mayonnaise
¾ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 Teaspoons Seasoned Salt
2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Few Cracks of Black Pepper
½ Cup Bread Crumbs

| Instructions |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking dish with tin foil.

In a medium bowl mix together mayo, Parmesan, garlic, spices, salt and pepper.

Dip the chicken breasts in the mayo mixture coating every surface.
Place into baking dish.

Lightly top each chicken breast with bread crumbs. Be sure not to use too much. Using too much may cause the breadcrumbs to burn while baking or go soggy.

Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165
degrees.

Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
