How To make Maximum Mac'N' Cheese
4 cups Schwan's Cheese Tortellini
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4 cups milk
8 slices Schwan's American Processed Cheese
1. Prepare Cheese Tortellini as directed on package. Drain, return to saucepan and set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Add salt, pepper and milk, stirring until thick and bubbly.
3. Add American Processed Cheese Slices to milk mixture and stir until cheese slices have melted. Pour cheese mixture over Cheese Tortellini and gently stir. Makes 4 cups.

-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-500g tomato sauce
-80g grated cheese
-1/4cup light brown sugar
-About 1Cup water
-50g butter
-250ml all purpose cream
-half of 370ml cold evaporated milk
-1/2tsp salt
-ground black pepper
-80g grated cheese
-200g grated mozzarella cheese
-about 300g grated mozzarella cheese for toppings

-14cups water
-4Tbsp salt
-1Kg elbow macaroni

RECIPE
Modern Cookery for Private Families:
10 ounces (285g) White Cheese sliced thin.
1 3/4 cup (425 ml) Cream
4 tablespoons (55g) unsalted butter (plus 1 tbsp for boiling pasta)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of Cayenne
¼ teaspoon of Mace
Dried breadcrumbs
1. Boil water with salt and 1 tablespoon butter. Add the pasta and cook 9 to 11 minutes or until done to your taste.
2. Bring the cream to a simmer in a small saucepan and then add the butter and stir until melted. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Then stir in the salt, cayenne, and mace and simmer for several minutes.
3. Toast the breadcrumbs in a dry pan.
4. Once cooked, drain the pasta and put it in a pan or dish and pour the cheese sauce over the pasta making sure everything is coated. Cover with toasted breadcrumbs and serve hot.
