Beat filling together until smooth, Fill crust, Bake 90 min @ 225 degrees Open door & let cool slowly, Best made 2-3 days in advance

I could have this all day even for breakfast which i did???? usually am not a cheesecake lover but this is my one and only favourite one. I love cookie dough so i thought i'll mix it up with some cheese cake filling and it tasted banging! You will all love it, trust me. So easy with simple steps. So get that apron on and start cooking.
Measuring cups UK size
Ingredients:
Biscuit base 12 Digestive biscuits 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
Cheesecake filling:
340g Philadelphia 200g Soft cheese (any brand) if you can't find any soft cheese just use Philadelphia. So all together put in 540g of Philadelphia 1 tbsp vanilla flavouring 1 large egg 1/4 Caster sugar/powdered sugar
Cookie dough ingredients:
1/2 cup Light soft brown sugar 1/4 Unsalted Butter 1 tsp vanilla flavouring 1 large egg 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1+1/2 cup Plain flour 100g Chocolate chips
You can eat this warm or leave it in the fridge overnight to get the best cut- slices. When you get it out of the fridge you can warm it up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Cold or warm? Taste yummy either way.
