How To make Marvelous Banana Cake
1 c Butter or margarine;
-softened 3 c Sugar
2 c Bananas; mashed
4 Eggs; beaten
3 3/4 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking soda
1 c Buttermilk
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 tb Bourbon or orange juice
1 c Pecans; chopped

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add bananas; mix until smooth. Stir in eggs. Combine flour and soda. Add to banana mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix after each addition. Stir in vanilla, bourbon, and pecans. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cakepans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire racks. Spread Banana-Nut 3-layer cake.
BANANA CUPCAKES: Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans, filling each cup two-thirds full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from pans, and let cool on wire racks.

Dry Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour 120g | 4.2oz (1 cup)
• Almond flour 85g | 3oz (3/4 cup)
• Granulated sugar 85g | 3oz (1/4 cup + about 3 Tablespoons)
• Light brown sugar 56g | 2oz (1/4 cup)
• Baking powder 1&1/2 teaspoon
• Baking soda 1&1/2 teaspoon
• Salt 1/4 teaspoon
• Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
• Clove powder 1/4 teaspoon
• Nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon
• Walnut 1/2 cup (about 60g | 2.1oz) *Optional
• Chocolate chips 1/2 cup (about 85g | 3oz) * Optional
Wet Ingredients:
• Banana (Ripe) 350g | 12.3oz (about 3 large bananas)
• Egg 108g | 3.8oz (about 2 large eggs)
• Oil 110g | 3.9oz (1/2 cup)
• Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
• Milk 120g | 4.2oz (1/2 cup)
* Cup measure: I used a US cup.
* Use all the ingredients at room temperature.
Bake 350F | 176C (or 340F | 171C if your oven is strong) for about 55-70 minutes
Until the toothpick comes off clean when you insert it in the very center.
* Cover the top or turn down the temperature toward the end if the surface is browning too much.

Banana Cake Recipe:
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 4 Egg Whites
- 85 gr Sugar ( 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 115 gr Ripe Banana pulsed in the food processor ( 1 Banana )
- 100 gr Milk ( 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 120 gr All Purpose Flour ( 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp good Quality Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice ( or 1/4 tsp cream of tartar) Add it to the egg whites before adding the sugar.
Custard Cream:
- 330 gr Whole Milk ( 1 1/3 cup )
- 2 medium Eggs
- 90 gr Sugar ( 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt

2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
3/4 cup oil (180ml)
1/3 cup milk (80ml)
3 tbsp plain yogurt (45g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (190g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)

*I apologize that my editor didn't include Baking Soda in the video. This recipe calls for both 1 tsp. of baking powder, and 1 tsp. of baking soda.
Here’s the written recipe:
1 cup unsalted butter (226 g)
2 cups sugar (400 g)
1/2 cup brown sugar (110 g)
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla (10 g)
Four medium or three large bananas mashed
4 1/2 cups (540 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (4 g)
1 teaspoon baking soda (6 g)
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
1/2 cup sour cream (114 g)
1 1/2 cups buttermilk (336 g) milk may be substituted
