2 cups butter softened( 4 sticks butter or 1 lb) 3 cups granulated sugar 6 eggs at room temperature 1 tbs vanilla extract 1 tsp Vanilla Butter and Nut flavor 4 cups sifted cake flour 1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit Using a Stand mixer, cream butter and sugar together for 5 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides occasionally! Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix only until the yolk has disappeared. Be sure not to over beat as this could result in drying out your cake. Mix in flour and buttermilk, alternating, starting and ending with flour. Finally stir in your flavorings (vanilla and vanilla butter & nut). Grease and flour cake pans. Pour batter into bundt pan or loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 75-90 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan for about 30 minutes. Loosen the sides with butterknife and pop on to cake plate. Let cool completely before slicing! ENJOY!!
At minute 11:28-11:30 MOST OF THE CAKE STUFF TO THE PAN DUE TO THAT SPOT NOT HAVING ENOUGH SHORTENING AND FLOUR.
