How To make Marinated Prawns
3 lb Prawns, Cooked And Cleaned
1 Onion, Sliced
4 Cloves Garlic
1 pn Oregano
6 Whole Chilis
1 c Oil
2 c White Vinegar
2 Carrots, Parboiled, Sliced
Salt And Pepper To Taste 1 cn Stuffed Green Olives & Juice
Saute 1/2 onion and 2 cloves garlic in oil. Remove and discard. Add vinegar, garlic, onions, chilis, oregano and carrots. Bring to a boil, allow to cool. Add prawns and boil. Leave in refrigerator for 2 days.

Ingredients :
Oil - 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
Paprika Powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 no
Parsley - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp + for garnish
Salt - 1 tsp + ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp + ½ tsp
Water - ½ Cup
Butter (unsalted) - 50 grams
Prawns - 500 grams
Instructions:
1. Marinate the prawns with salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Grill the prawns on both sides for a minute each. Take it off and keep it aside.
3. In the same pan, heat oil. Add chopped garlic and saute till it turns light brown.
4. Turn the flame down to low, add paprika and red chilli flakes. Mix it for a few seconds.
5. Add the chopped coriander, salt, pepper, sugar and mix it well.
6. Add butter and let it melt slowly. Stir continuously.
7. Add the prawns. Mix it till it is coated with the sauce. Bring it to a soft boil.
8. Serve it hot.

Tandoori prawns are marinated in spiced yogurt marination and cooked over tandoor till crisp golden.
Ingredients:
For Prawns Marinade:
• Large Shrimp - 7 to 8 (Peeled & Deveined)
• Pinch of Salt
• Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
For Tandoori Masala:
• Yogurt/Curd - 0.5 cup
• Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
• Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1.5 tsp
• Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
• Pinch of Salt
• Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
• Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - 1 tsp (Roasted & Crushed)
• Oil - 1 tbsp
Other
• Skewers - 3 to 4 (Soaked in water for 30 mins)
Method:
1. Marinate the prawns and let it rest for 30 mins.
2. In a large bowl add all the ingredients listed under Tandoori Masala and mix well.
3. To it add the marinated prawns and coat well.
4. Let it chill for about 1 hour.
5. After an hour remove the prawns from the marinade and skewer it.
6. Roast for 10 mins at 250 degrees C. After 10 mins flip the prawns.
7. Roast for another 10 mins at 250 degrees C on the other side.
6. Baste with melted butter if needed and roast for another 3-4 mins.

When it comes to grilling shrimp, bigger is always better. Jumbo shrimp take more time to cook through, allowing them to stay in contact with the heat long enough to develop a char. For the juiciest shrimp, grill them with the shell on. The shell imparts a distinct flavor to the shrimp and acts as a heat buffer, helping to prevent them from overcooking. Here, I've made two different seasonings for the shrimp, one with thyme, rosemary and jerk spice, the other a classic garlic and herb mix.

1t = 1 teaspoon = 5ml
1C = 1 cup = 200ml
Saeujang(새우장) a.k.a Ganjang Saeu(간장새우) is Raw prawn marinated in soy sauce.
It is made raw, it must be dipped in soy sauce and aged for at least 3 days.
Saeujang and Ganjang Gejang are very similar to how to make.
It's just the difference between adding crab or shrimp.
You can make it too at home with my recipe :-)
