How To make Maple Nut Quick Bread
2 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 C sugar
3 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1 egg -- well beaten
1 C milk
3/4 Tsp maple flavoring
1 C chopped nuts
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, add egg, milk, and maple flavoring to flour mixture. Mix until well moistened. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 50 minutes or until tests done with toothpick.

Maple Whole Grain Quick Bread
Nutritious flours and pure maple syrup yield a delicious quick bread — no yeast required.

===== Ingredients =====
-For dough
All purpose Flour 300 g
Maple syrup 3 Tbsp or more
Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Water 70-90 ml
1 Carrot (120 -130 g)
Butter 30 g
-For filling
Walnuts 50 g
===== Recipe =====
Place carrot & water in blender.
Blend it about 2-3 minutes.Pour out into large bowl.
Add maple syrup, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes..
Add flour and salt into a large bowl and mix until all dough come together.
Knead by hand until smooth surface.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch the dough.
Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Stretch the dough again & roll into flat rectangle shape.Place the filling onto half side of the dough & fold in half.
Pinch the end of dough & divide into 5 pieces of ropes.
For making shape, make 25-30 cm of rope.
Hold one of the side & cross over, bring another side into middle.
Turn over the dough, bring another side into middle and push.
Repeat the same process.
Place the dough on baking pan &let it rise until double in size.
After 30-40 minutes.
Preheat oven for 180°C or 360°F.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Home Made Maple Nut Bread,its so easy and so yummy! Great with coffee or cream cheese. I love it plain and so does my family. ENJOY! :)
Ingredients
Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 1
Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Bisquick 3 Cup (48 tbs) (prepare according to the package direction)
Cooking spray 2 Dash
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a jar, mix together maple syrup and walnuts. Cover the jar with saran wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
MAKING
3. In a large bowl, add in the sugar, eggs and milk. Blend together until mixed.
4. Add in the bisquick in small batches and blend until everything is mixed thoroughly.
5. Fold in marinated walnuts into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
SERVING
7. Slice the bread slices and serve with coffee or tea.
