How To make Maple Nut Bisquit Ring
1/2 c Margarine or butter
3/4 c Brown sugar; firm pack
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
1/4 c Maple-flavored syrup
2 cn Flaky Bisquits (10 oz each)
Heat the oven to 350~F. Lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube pan. In a med. saucepan, melt butter, stir in brown sugar, pecans and syrup. Pour 1/4 C sugar mixture into prepared pan. Sererate the bisquit dough into 20 bisquits. Stand the bisquits on edge, slightly overlapping, around the pan. Pour the remaining sugar mixture over the bisquits. Bake at 350~F for 25 to 35 min. or till golden brown. Cool 3 minutes and invert onto a serving
plate. Makes 1 Coffee cake! Easy and Good!! -----

Ingredients for Walnut Rugelach Recipe:
►1 cup (16 Tbsp) unsalted butter, melted (not hot)
►1 cup (8oz) warm milk (2% or whole milk)
►4 cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour, measured correctly*
►3/4 Tbsp active dry yeast
Ingredients for Rugelach Filling/ Topping:
►10 oz apricot preserves
►1 cup Fisher walnuts**
►3/4 cup dried cranberries/ craisins, dried cherries, currants, or golden raisins
►2 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1 tsp ground cinnamon
►Powdered sugar to generously dust cookies

Flapjack Biscuits
Here is the full recipe:
150g gluten free oats
100g nut butter
35g buckwheat flour
50ml maple syrup
60g coconut oil/butter/vegan spread
50g coconut sugar
Ganache:
2 tbsp cacao powder
2tbsp maple syrup
100g nut butter
6tbsp milk of your choice
Biscuits: mix everything together in a bowl with spoon or fingers.
Either use cookie cutter or make small balls and flatten on a baking sheet- greased!!!!
Bake at 170 fan for approx 7-10 mins
Ganache: place all ingredients in glass bowl and melt in a Bain Marie. Mix to a smooth paste and use to sandwich the biscuits or on top as icing.
Eat!

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BLONDIES
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. pure maple syrup
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. roughly chopped walnuts
FOR THE MAPLE SAUCE
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1 c. granulated sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9-x-9” pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in syrup and vanilla then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix on low until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts, then press dough into pan.
3. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before slicing into squares.
4. Meanwhile, make sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Reduce heat to low and add sugar, maple syrup. cream cheese, vanilla and salt. Cook stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese has melted and the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
5. Serve blondies with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of maple butter sauce.
