Das leckerste Kuchen, das ich je gekocht habe! Einfach und lecker Kuchen! Es ist ein sehr leckerer und zarter Kuchen geworden. Ich habe diesen Kuchen in fast 5 Minuten gemacht. Unglaublich leckerer Kuchen. Die Gäste waren begeistert von so einem leckeren Kuchen! Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie diesen köstlichen Kuchen backen. Schneller und sehr leckerer Kuchen.

6 Mandarinen.
Reiben Sie die Haut von 1 Mandarine für später.
Form mit Butter und Mehl einfetten.
2 Esslöffel Zucker.
1 Mandarine.
2 Eier.
Eine Prise Salz.
100 Gramm Zucker.
150 Gramm Sonnenblumenöl.
150 ml Wasser.
220 Gramm Mehl.
10 Gramm Backpulver.
Für 40 Minuten in den auf 180 Grad vorgeheizten Ofen geben.

6 eggs
330 g flour
150 g butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
300 g sugar
100 g walnuts
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 mandarins

Frosting
----------
200 g butter
1 can caramel condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 mandarins
100 g walnuts

For decoration 100 g walnuts, mandarin and melted chocolate
pan size 14 x 10 inch

Mandarin Orange Cake with Pineapple Whipped Frosting

Hey everybody and welcome to another episode of Sunday Cooking with Mom and Me. Hope you guys are ready for another dessert that can hold its own against any treat you've ever tasted. From the sweet and moist cake, to the light and fluffy frosting, this recipe is packed full of flavor. Come on in and take a look at how it's done. Mandarin Orange Cake - Family Recipe

This is my Momma's recipe.
Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
2 - 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
10 to 11 oz jar or can of mandarin oranges with juice
1 (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
1 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Directions:
Beat cake mix, 1 box of pudding mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges with juice but take out a 8 to 10 orange slices and set aside for garnishing the top of the cake with for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Oil and Flour cake pans well or spray with Bakers Joy - (2) 8 inch rounds or a 9x13 inch pan.
In a preheated 350 degree oven bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for an hour.

Frosting/Topping:
Mix whipped topping, the other box of instant pudding and whole can of pineapple undrained together well. If round cakes put half the frosting on the middle then the rest on top then around egdes. If a 9x13 inch then put all the frosting on top of cake. Cake can stay in pan.
