In a 3 gallon pot, saute the onions in some olive oil until they are soft. Add the meat and continue cooking until meat is grayish brown, about 20 minutes. Mix in all the other ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 hours.

Thanks to Surfin Sapo I ordered the Suckle Busters 2-Dump chili mix. I mixed up the recipe by adding 1lb of smoked shredded beef. This turned out really good. Lotsa ways to dress this up to your liking, or just eat it up the way the recipe on back shows.

A homemade hot sauce recipe made with roasted red jalapeno peppers, garlic, tomato, and red wine vinegar. This is one of the most addicting hot sauces I've ever made. Not too spicy, but just enough, and it goes with almost everything. A great table sauce and an awesome pasta sauce base too! You can very easily adjust the thickness to your preference.
