Ciao ragazzi, oggi prepariamo insieme La Pasta al Forno Filante della Domenica! Una ricetta facile e gustosa, ideale per un ricco pranzo insieme a tutta la famiglia. Anche se all'apparenza sembra un piatto complesso, in realtà si prepara in circa un'ora! Invece del classico ragù, questa pasta è condita con un sugo velocissimo a base di salsiccia e polpa di pomodoro che si prepara davvero in poco tempo. Basterà condire la pasta con il sugo, aggiungere qualche cucchiaiata di besciamella e dei cubetti di mozzarella ed infine mettere tutto in forno ... e servirete a tavola un primo piatto ricco e gustoso che farà la felicità di tutta la famiglia! Come pasta oggi ho scelto le classiche penne, ma tutti i formati di pasta corta andranno bene; rigatoni, fusilli, paccheri, insomma scegliete voi in base ai vostri gusti o secondo la pasta che vi ritrovate in casa! 100g piselli (vanno bene quelli surgelati)
1/2 cipolla
1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco
200ml besciamella
300g mozzarella
30g formaggio grattugiato

Southwestern chicken spaghetti ingredients
3 cups chicken – roughly 3 chicken breasts
16oz spaghetti
4 cups or 453g cheddar cheese
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 medium white onion
2 tbsp or 30ml vegetable oil
6 tbsp or 90g bacon grease
6 tbsp or 32g flour
2 cups or 500ml chicken stock
2 cups or 500ml heavy cream
One 10oz can diced tomatoes and green chilis
One 15oz can of corn -drained
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
Bake in the oven at 350 ˚ F or 176 ˚C for 50 to 60 minutes. If using 9x13 baking dish checking the pasta after 30 to 40 minute – once the pasta is bubbly and the cheese has a touch of lightly golden brown it is ready to be taken out of the oven.

Cheesy White Pasta | Easy To Make Pasta In White Sauce | Italian Recipes With Indian Style
Watch how to make 'Pasta In White Sauce', a cheesy white pasta which is very easy to cook and tastes delicious.
Pasta is undoubtedly a comfort food at its best. Chef Kanak brings you an easy, hassle-free and extremely delicious Italian pasta recipe that calls for a variety of flavourful ingredients that blend beautifully in red and white sauce and taste delicious.
Ingredients:
2 cups boiled pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 small onion - chopped
1 small carrot
1 capsicum
1/4 cup boiled corn
salt to taste
pepper to season
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all purpose flour / maida
1.5 cups milk
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp thyme (optional)
1/4 cup grated processed cheese or as desired
Method:
- In a pan, add olive oil and garlic and saute it for a while.
- Add the onions and again saute for a while.
- Add the vegetables - carrots, capsicum and corn and saute fora couple of minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Add salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients well. Let them cook for about a minute and then turn off the flame.
To make the white sauce:
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add the all purpose flour / maida and keep stirring on a low to high flame.
- Before it changes its colour, add the warm milk to it. Keep whisking to avoid any lumps. Keep adding milk and keep whisking until the texture becomes thick, smooth and creamy without any lumps.
- Add salt, pepper, mixed herb seasoning, red chilli flakes, basil and thyme.
To make pasta:
- Add the cooked vegetables and boiled pasta to the prepared sauce and cook for another couple of minutes.
- Add the grated cheese and give it a last stir.
- The delicious cheesy pasta is ready to be served.
