How To make Lobster En Casserole
2 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Soft bread crumbs
1 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 Clove garlic,
-peeled and crushed 2 tb Finely chopped onion
2/3 c Condensd Cheddar cheese soup
4 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c Milk
2 tb Dry sherry
1 tb Chopped parsley
1/2 c Cooked peas, drained
1 1/2 c Cooked lobster, canned,
Fresh or frozen, cubed 1. In a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl melt the 2
tablespoons butter in Microwave Oven for 15 seconds. 2. Place soft bread crumbs in melted butter and coat with butter.
Set aside. 3. In a deep, 2 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole
place the 1 tablespoon butter. Heat 15 seconds in Microwave Oven. 4. Add onion and garlic to melted butter and heat, uncovered, in
Microwave Oven 2 minutes or until onion is tender. 5. Stir soup and mushrooms into onions and garlic.
6. Gradually blend in milk, sherry and parsley.
7. Add peas to soup mixture.
8. Add lobster and bread crumb mixture to soup mixture.
Stir to combine all ingredients. 9. Heat, uncovered, in Micro-rvave Oven 5 minutes or until sauce
bubbles.

melt 1 stick of butter to the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish
3 chicken breasts boiled with 1 tsp of salt added to the water, then shred/ or one whole chicken from the market, no need to season, shred.
12 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups of milk mixed with the whole box of Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits, plus the seasoning packet.
2 cups of chicken broth mixed with 1 can cream of chicken soup, plus
1/2 tsp each:
salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasonings.
DO NOT STIR THE INGREDIENTS INSIDE YOUR BAKING DISH!
Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
This recipe can easily feed 4 to 6 people.
Lobster Casserole Supreme
Combine butter, flour and salt, Add milk, cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Stir in cheese, cook until melted. Add lobster, olives, mushrooms and eggs. Pour in casserole. In a bowl mix remaining with biscuit mix. Roll dough cut to 1/4 inch thick. Cover lobster mixture with biscuits. Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
20 oz. of condensed Lobster and Corn Chowder
1 ½ cups Sour Cream
2 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes
1 ½ tablespoons Old Bay (for cheese mixture)
1 (2 pound) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup gouda cheese
12 oz. of raw detailed, deveined, shrimp
2 lobster tails (optional)
1 cup sharp cheddar (for the top of the casserole)
½ tablespoon old bay (for the cheese)
Parsley flakes for garnish
9x13 in baking dish
Directions:
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
Prep your seafood but detailing your shrimp and retrieving all the lobster meat we will be using for the recipe. Leave the shrimp whole and dice lobster to pieces about 1 ½ inch thick.
Combine the shrimp and lobster and mix in 1 tablespoon of old bay.
In a separate mixing bowl combine soup, sour cream, butter, dried minced onion, old bay, cheddar cheese, and gouda.
Once those ingredients are well combined, add the thawed shredded hash brown potatoes. Mix well.
Lightly grease a 9x13 in a baking dish. Begin layering the ingredients into the dish starting with the potato mixture, shrimp and lobster, potato mixture, shrimp and lobster and finally sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese on top.
Place the dish in the oven, uncovered, for 50-60 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
