Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
These loaded oatmeal breakfast cookies are a reduced fat version of a classic oatmeal cookie. But this version is loaded up with all of the ingredients that you might stir into a bowl of oatmeal at breakfast. With heart healthy walnuts, dried cranberries, raisins and slivers of dried apricots there's something for everyone. For the kids, I've also included a handful of semisweet chocolate chips which make these cookies hard for anyone to resist. A few of these yummy cookies are nutritious enough to be a quick breakfast or a healthy snack the whole family will enjoy.
