Ingredients List

500g boneless thighs (or chicken breast)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, basil, marjoram)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 lime juice
2 tsp smoked paprika
Freshly chopped parsley / coriander
❗️Ensure to soak skewers in water before starting the recipe.
❗️Grill for 30-35 minutes on 200•C basting and turning halfway
