Hello Everyone, here's another Easy and Basic recipe that you can recreate at home :)
Ingredients & Instructions Below :-
Low Carb Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
2 Cups Almond Flour
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Erythritol Sugar or any LC sweetener
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Butter (115gm of Butter)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk / Any LC Milk / Full Cream Milk
3 pcs Eggs (Beaten)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
**Preheat Oven to 350F
**Line a Muffin Tin w/ Muffin / Cupcakes Liner
**In 1 bowl, combine & mix all the Dry Ingredients
**In a separate bowl, combine & mix all the wet ingredients
**Combine both Mixtures Except the Chocolate chips
**Stir Well
**Fold in the Chocolate Chips & Stir
**Add the Batter to the Muffin tin
**Bake the Muffins for 18 minutes, for moist texture you can bake to 12-15mins only.
**Remove the Muffin from the Oven, let it rest.
