2 Carrots
sliced crosswise
1 lg Celery stalk :
chopped
1 lg Onion chopped
8 oz Okra, fresh :
sliced
4 oz Green beans, fresh -- cut in
-1-inch pieces 1 t Tamari, low sod
1 t Applie juice concentrate
1/2 Green bell pepper -- chopped
1 cn Tomatoes (16 oz), no salt
-added, quartered, juice -reserved 1 lg Garlic clove minced
1 tb Red wine (opt)
1 c Lentils :
cooked
Tabasco sauce (opt)
Mix all ingredients except lentils and Tabasco sauce (if using), in a saucepan. Heat partly covered until mixture boils. Reduce heatto low; simmer 10 minutes. Add lentils and simmer 10-15 minutes more. Add a few drops Tabasco sauce, if desired. Serve over cooked brown rice. 2 medium onion ,diced (about 1 3/4 cup diced)
2 celery ribs , diced (about 1 cup)
4 garlic cloves ,minced
1/2 tablespoon (4 g) minced ginger
1 ½ teaspoon (3 g) cumin
2-3 teaspoons (4-6 g) smoked paprika
1 pound (450 grams) dry lentils ,soaked for 2 hours
1 14.5 ounce, 425grams can diced tomatoes
2 green onions , chopped
1 teaspoon (2 g) white pepper
2-3 large carrots , chopped (about 1 1/2 cup)
½ teaspoon (1 g) cayenne pepper (optional)
6 cups (1.5 L) or more Vegetable /Chicken broth or water
2 tablespoons (8 g) or more chopped parsley/Cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste

مكونات
اغسل وانقع كوبين من العدس في الماء لمدة 30 دقيقة
في قدر نضيف البصل المفروم (250 جرام) مع القليل من زيت الزيتون ونقلبه حتى يتكرمل البصل
ثم تضاف المكونات التالية:
خمس فصوص ثوم (20 جرام).
كرفس (120 جرام)
حبتان من الجزر (150 جرام)
و ٣ حبات من الطماطم (٣٠٠ جرام)
يُصفّى العدس من الماء ويُضاف إلى القدر
ملعقة كبيرة من الكمون والكزبرة والفلفل الحلو وملعقة صغيرة من كل من الفلفل الأسود ورقائق الفلفل الحار
أوراق الغار
ملعقة صغيرة من كل من مرقة الملح والخضروات
عشرة أكواب من الماء الساخن
اطبخ الحساء على نار متوسطة لمدة 40 دقيقة
ثم أخرج أوراق الغار
يُمزج الحساء قليلاً
زينها بالكزبرة والبقدونس (10 جرام).
أضف القليل من قشر الليمون و 2 ملعقة كبيرة من عصير الليمون (30 مل) وبالعافية

Ingredients
Wash and soak two cups of lentils in water for 30 minutes
In a pot add the chopped onion (250 grams) with a little bit of olive oil and cook it until the onion caramelizes
Then add the following ingredients:
Five cloves of garlic (20 grams)
Celery (120 grams)
Two carrots (150 grams)
Three Tomatoes (300 grams)
Strain the water from the lentils and add it to the pot
One tbsp each of cumin, coriander, and paprika, and one tsp each of black pepper and chili flakes
Bay leaves
One tsp each of salt and vegetable bouillon
Ten cups of hot water
Cook the soup over medium heat for 40 minutes
Then, take out the bay leaves
Blend the soup slightly
Garnish it with coriander and parsley (10 grams)
Add a little orange zest and two tbsps of lemon juice (30 ml)
