Lemon Cookies in grams:
- 70 grams of Softened Butter
- 100 grams White Sugar
- Zest of 2 Lemons
- 1 medium Egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 150 grams All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Yellow Food Coloring( Optional)
- Powdered Sugar for the coating
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for 13 minutes.

Lemon Cookies in Cups:
- 5 tbsp Softened Butter
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- Zest of 2 Lemons
- 1 medium Egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Yellow Food Coloring (Optional)
- Powdered Sugar for the coating
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for 13 minutes.

Our family is crazy about this old fashioned classic recipe. I personally think they’re the best — the soft and chewy texture with slightly crispy edges is hard to beat. As a busy mom, I also appreciate how simple and easy this favorite recipe is. A little lemon zest, butter, sugar, and love make the perfect cookie, no icing or glaze necessary.

INGREDIENTS
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter softened
2 oz cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups sugar divided into 1 1/4 cups and 1/4 cup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
zest from 1 lemon
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl
In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and 1 1/4 cups sugar until smooth and creamy, 1-2 minutes
Mix in vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest
Beat in egg
Slowly add flour mixture, mixing in a little at a time, until just combined
Wrap with Reynolds plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Scoop sugar cookie dough into balls and roll in sugar until coated all over
Bake cookies 10 minutes, until edges just start to brown
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and move to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Lemon Sugar Cookie Recipe - Roll out cookies #shorts
These lemon sugar cookies are so delicious and perfect for cutting into shapes! ????????????
Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 ½ tsp lemon extract
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
1. Whisk together the flour and salt. Set aside.
2. Place room temperature butter and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and beat until fluffy and pale yellow in color. If you do not have a stand mixer, you can also use a hand mixer.
3. Add egg and continue mixing until well incorporated. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
4. Add extracts and lemon zest. Mix until incorporated.
5. With mixer on low, slowly add the flour mixture about a cup at a time. Mix until fully combined.
7. Roll the dough out to ¼ inch thickness on a piece of parchment paper. Chill the dough for 30 minutes or until the dough is hard to the touch.
8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
9. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the desired shapes.
10. Bake for 7 – 10 minutes or just before the edges start to brown.
11. Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
