How To make Lemon Yogurt Cookies
1/2 c Margarine; (1 stick)
-softened 1 1/4 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt or
-low-fat Lemon-flavored yogurt 2 Egg whites
1 tb Grated lemon peel
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 c Quick or old-fashioned
-rolled oats ; uncooked 1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
Nonstick cooking spray 1/4 c Powdered sugar
Recipe by: St. Louis Post-Dispatch 11/30/96 Beat margarine and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add yogurt, egg whites, lemon peel and vanilla; mix until well blended. Combine oats, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Gradually add dry ingredients to margarine mixture; mix well. Cover; refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray or oil lightly. With lightly floured hands, shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Using bottom of glass dipped in granulated sugar, press dough into 1/8-inch-thick circles. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over warm cookies. Let cook completely. Store tightly covered. -----

210 g Plain floor ( 1.5 cup )
10 g sugar (1.5 tbsp )
1.5 g salt (1/4 tsp)
100 g unsalted butter
100 g yogurt (8 tbsp)
granulated sugar as needed
preheat oven at 180°c and bake for 20-25 minutes

3 Ingredient Lemon Yogurt Cookies | Quick and Easy Cookie Recipe #shorts #cookies #easyrecipe
These cookies are so easy to make it would be hard to not make them! This recipe is also easily either split in half for less cookies or doubled for larger batches. I typically get about 12 cookies from using the quantities listed here.
You only need 3 ingredients:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c greek lemon yogurt
1 c self rising flour
*Stir sugar into yogurt until mostly dissolved. Add flour and mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper (or lightly greased). Sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake at 375°F for about 9 minutes.

Chocolate and Yogurt Cookies
Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter
100g caster sugar
150g muscovado sugar
2 tsp vanilla paste
2 eggs
4 tbsp of yeo valley natural yogurt
200g plain flour
100g cocoa powder
150g dark chocolate drops
Method:
1. Beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
2. Mix the eggs and yogurt and beat well.
3. Gradually add the yogurt to the sugar mixing slowly, then fold in the flour, cocoa and chocolate chips.
4. Roll the mixture into golf sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with a greaseproof sheet.
5. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180C.
6. Allow to cool on the tray.

Yoghurt Cookies
This is a very simple recipe, with only a few ingredients. Ideal for snacking, with a tea or coffee as they dunk well.
Please note: 50g of butter is 3 1/2 tbsp not, as i said in the video, 2 1/2.
