How To make Lemon Herbed Chicken
1 chicken -- cut up (3-pound)
Salt and pepper 2 Tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
up to 4
1 onion :
chopped
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1 Cup chicken broth
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1 Cup chopped parsley
1/2 Cup chopped celery leaves
2 Teaspoons chopped fresh oregano OR 1 teaspoon dry
oregano 1 Teaspoon chopped fresh basil OR 1/2 teaspoon dry
:
basil 1 Cup pitted black olives
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons cold water
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a 4- or 6-quart Presto pressure cooker. Saute onion and garlic until tender; remove. Brown chicken a few pieces at a time; set aside. Return all chicken to pressure cooker with onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients except black olives, flour, and cold water. Close pressure cooker cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook for 8 minutes, at 15 pounds pressure, with regulator rocking slowly. Cool pressure cooker at once. Remove chicken to a warm dish. Add olives to liquid and heat. Blend together flour and cold water; add to hot broth. Cook and stir liquid until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken. Makes 4 to 6 servings. If desired, do not thicken sauce and prepare the Greek pasta (Orzo) in the remaining liquid.

Lemon Herb Marinade for Chicken
Ingredients:
½ cup olive oil
2 lemons, zest and juice
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, cilantro, or combo)
2 cloves garlic, smashed
lots of freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
4 chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a sealable zipper style plastic bag or mixing bowl.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them marinate for 30 minutes to as long as 4 hours, refrigerated.

Ingredients
Chicken Fillet - 400g
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper (Fine Ground) - 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder - 2 tsp
Parsley Flakes - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Mint, Dried - 1/2 tsp

Lemon chicken ingredients:
To marinate the chicken
• 2 chicken breast
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
To pan-fry lemon chicken
• 1 tsp oil + 1 tbsp butter
Lemon chicken sauce
• ¼ cup chicken broth or use normal water
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• ½ tsp cornflour
To make lemon chicken
• 1 tsp oil + 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp cilantro (coriander leaves), finely chopped
Step by step instructions to make lemon garlic chicken
1. Flatten the chicken breast by patting it gently with a rolling pin.
2. Marinate it with the ingredients given in the ingredient list. Set it aside for an hour in the refrigerator.
3. Pan-fry the marinated chicken until golden on both sides. Set it aside.
4. Prepare the lemon chicken sauce.
5. Heat oil & butter. Sauté garlic, ginger & red pepper flakes for a minute.
6. Add the prepared sauce & cook until the sauce thickens.
7. Sprinkle some cilantro (coriander leaves)
8. Add the pan-roasted chicken & let it cook in the sauce on low heat for 10 minutes.
9. Lemon garlic chicken is ready to serve.
