1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 c Flour
1 Egg white
1/2 c Nuts; chopped
Jelly Cream butter and sugars. add egg yolk, blend in flour. Roll dough in small balls. Dip into egg white, then into nuts. Bake at 300~F until SLIGHTLY browned, about 20 minutes. Press down in center as soon as removed from oven, leaving indentation. Put jelly in center. Red and green for Christmas. INGREDIENTS
-5-6 cups of FLOUR
-1.5 cups of SUGAR
-½ cup of OIL
-250 gr/9 oz BUTTER
-3 EGGS
-3 tbps of COCOA POWDER
-10 gr/35 oz BAKING POWDER
-5 gr/18 oz VANILLA POWDER
How to Make?
1.Pour the flour. Add the eggs, butter and oil, baking powder and vanilla powder, sugar.
2.Mix well the mixture.
3.Pour the remain flour. (If it needs). Mix well.
4.Take the dough onto the table. Divide to 2 pieces.
5.Take one of them into the mixing bowl.
6.Add the cocoa powder. Mix well.
7.Take small pieces of plain dough.
8.Take small pieces of cocoa dough.
9.Shape 2 colored dough into round.
10.Bake 180°C/360°F for 20-25 minutes.

250 Grams Tuver
1 Cup Chopped Green Garlic (Hara Lehsun)
2 Chopped Onions
1 Chopped Tomato
4-5 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
Handful of Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
2-3 Teaspoons Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala

Some Chopped Onions to Serve
Salt
Water
Oil
Procedure:
1.Soak tuver for 6-7 hours and then boil them.
2.Make a paste of green chillies and coriander leaves.
3.Now heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and ginger garlic paste. Sauté it well.
4.Add chopped onions and stir till it turns transparent.
5.Add chopped tomato and sauté it well.
6.Add previously prepared green chilli-coriander paste and green garlic. Stir well
7.Now add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
8.Add boiled tuver, salt and water. Stir well.
9.Close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
10.Now serve it in a plate and top it with chopped onions, sev and coriander leaves.
11.Tuver Na Thotha is ready, enjoy with a slice of bread.

Resepi ini akan menghasilkan kek coklat moist yang premium walaupun kita guna bahan-bahan yg tak terlalu mahal jika anda mengikuti jenama bahan2 yang Che Nom gunakan. Kalau nak tau jom tengok video ni sampai habis ok.
Nota: Kalau nak bakar, suhu oven 160°C masa 18-25 minit atau ikut kesesuaian oven masing-masing. Pastikan guna bekas aluminium jika bakar.
