How To make Kitchen Cupboard Chicken Casserole
2 whole chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
minced
juice of one lemon parsley flakes to taste pepper to taste 2 cups rigatoni
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can fried onions :
I use durkee
1 can green beans
1 can whole mushrooms quartered
1 cup monterey jack cheese :
grated
2 tsp. thyme
pepper to taste
1. Marinate chicken breasts in lemon juice, garlic, parsley and pepper for abo ut 20 minutes; cut into cubes and saute quickly; set aside. 2. Meanwhile boil the rigatoni until tender; drain. 3. In a large casserole dish combine soup, sour cream, mayonnasie, thyme and p epper; stir until smooth. 4. Add cooked chicken, mushrooms, green beans, and about 1/4 of the fried onio ns; mix well. 5. Add cooked pasta, stir well. 5. Sprinkle top with cheese and remaining onions and bake uncovered at 350 deg rees about 30 minutes or until bubbling.

Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Ingredients:
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (we used the chicken flavored one for this recipe)
1 1/4 cup hot water
2-3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen chopped carrots (optional)
Directions:
1. Bring water to boil in a saucepan and add stuffing. Mix well and remove from heat and allow to sit for several minutes.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Stir together until smooth. Fold in the cooked chicken, corn, and peas. Mix well.
3. Grease a 13X9 or 2-quart casserole dish. Transfer the contents of the bowl to the casserole dish. Spread evenly.
4. Top the casserole with the stuffing mix. Spread evenly.
5. Bake uncovered in a 400-degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top.
6. Serve immediately!! Enjoy!

In this recipe:
1 box of pasta
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can of chicken
half can of peas
4 oz shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 sleeve of crackers
s&p to taste
Cook the pasta, add the items, crush the crackers and put on top, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350*

CREAMY CHICKEN & STUFFING CASSEROLE: This is the easiest, creamy chicken & stuffing casserole you'll ever eat!
RECIPE
2 lbs shredded chicken, cooked (I use rotisserie)
2 10.75 ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 C milk
1 6 ounce box Stove Top Chicken Stuffing mix
1 1/2 C chicken broth
Instructions
-Preheat oven to 375F
-Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray
-Spread the chicken evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish
-Whisk the condensed soups and milk together in a medium bowl.
-Pour the soup mixture evenly over chicken
-Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top
-Pour chicken broth over the stuffing mix
-Cover the dish with foil and bake 40 minutes
-Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving
