1 box (12 count) frozen pierogies 1 pkg (14 oz) Kielbasa 1 cup broth 1 cup shredded cheese, any kind 4 oz cream cheese softened
Oven 350°
Slice sausage. Coat casserole dish with nonstick spray. Layer frozen pierogies, Kielbasa, cream cheese and 1/2 the shredded cheese. Pour broth over. Repeat layers (you won't have cream cheese on the 2nd layer).
Bake 35-45 mins or until pierogies are tender and cheese is melted. Optional: serve with sour cream or dijon mustard. Add a side sad to round out the meal, if desired. Serves 4.
Can also be made in crockpot. Dump all ingredients in; cook on low 3-4 hrs.
