Learn how to make easy vegan pizza pockets in your dorm room using a waffle iron and easy ingredients. This pizza waffles recipe is a delicious and easy way to get you eating kick ass vegan food at home. School might not be easy but the recipes in our dorm room, no-cook series are! I kept the sauce out because I wanted it to be CRISPY! So keep that in mind if you want to add sauce. I’d just had the marinara on the side to dip it in.
Pepperoni Pizza Hot Pockets:
And I want to preface before I begin, you can honestly put whatever you want inside of these! Take the idea/template and customize for whatever you heart desires!
Just keep the sauce on the side so you don’t get a soggy pocket
Macros Per Hot Pocket:
207 Cals, 18g Carbs, 7g Fat, 18g Protein!
Ingredients (makes 5 Pockets):
10 Slices Bread of your choice (I used Butterbread)
105g Light Shredded Mozzarella
50 Turkey Pepperonis
Pepperoni Pizza Fries:
Macros for 1/4 of the Fries:
267 Cals, 47g Carbs, 4g Fat, 12g Protein!
Ingredients for Pizza Fries:
4 Medium Sized Russet Potatoes (about 1000g in total)
Non Stick Cooking Spray
Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper
Bowl of Cold Water
120g Marinara
56g Part Skim Mozzarella
1oz Turkey Pepperonis
