4-6 tablespoons pasta water

1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 5 carrots, 2 celery sticks, 500g diced beef, 2 beef stock cubes, 1 tbsp flour, 300ml hot water, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 2tsp thyme, 3 bay leaves, 2tbsp Lea& Perrins salt & pepper, potatoes
TERIYAKI CHICKEN:
2tbsp sesame seed oil, 400g chicken fillets, 5tbsp honey, 3tbsp soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves, nub ginger, broccoli, rice, spring onions
MEATBALLS:
500g beef mince, nduja sausage, burrata, homemade tomato sauce (see above), potatoes, salt & pepper

5 EASY SLOW COOKER MEALS | SLOW COOKER RECIPES | Kerry Whelpdale
Today I am sharing 5 easy slow cooker recipes. We love our slow cooker and now its winter here in the UK, I use my slow cooker for so many meals.
MY SLOW COOKER:
RECIPES & INGREDIENTS:
SLOW COOKER RIBS:
400ml Passata
1 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Short ribs
Hot cooked rice, optional
COD CURRY:
1 can coconut milk
3 Tbsp red curry paste
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 carrots
4 cod fillet
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil and/or green onion, garnish
Serve with rice
BEEF STEW:
600ml beef stock
1 red wine stock cube
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp yeast extract
900g good-quality braising steak, trimmed and cut into roughly 4cm/1½in
chunks
150g smoked bacon lardons, or sliced smoked back bacon
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
4 celery sticks, cut into lengths
3 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp flaked sea salt, plus extra to season
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 bay leaf
Salt & Pepper
Mashed potatoes, to serve
BEAN & CHORIZO:
2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans chilli kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
250g diced chorizo
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
100ml chicken stock
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 green onions, chopped
Hot cooked rice
PEANUT CHOCOLATE CAKE:
200g plain flour
100g soft brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
250g chunky peanut butter
175g soured cream
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons boiling water
175g dark chocolate chips
150g caster sugar
6 tablespoons (30 g) cocoa powder
180ml whole milk, warmed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
