How To make Judy's Choc. Pecan Pie
Judy Garnett 1 1/2 cups Pecan halves
1 Pie crust
unbaked
3 cups Semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup Butter :
or margarine
1 cup Light corn syrup
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs -- lightly beaten
Place pecan halves in unbaked pastry shell; set aside. Combine semisweet choc. and butter in a med. saucepan; cook over low heat until choc. and butter melt, stirring until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.Add corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, salt, and beaten eggs to choc. mixture, mixing well. Pour mixture over pecans in pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.Serve pie warm, or let cool

Great Grandma's Best Ever Chocolate Pecan Pie
This is a delicious Chocolate Pecan Pie recipe that was created by my great-grandmother. It has been handed down through the generations in my family, and it's always a favorite tradition for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We hope that it will become a delicious tradition for your family also.
Recipe:
1/3 cup butter (no margarine)
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup (Karo)
1 tbsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 375
Melt butter and cool
Add sugar, syrup and vanilla, beat until smooth
Add eggs and salt , beat until well blended
Stir in pecans and chocolate chips (fold in with spatula, no blender)
Pour into pie shell and follow cooking instructions in video

2 Year Old Bakes Easy Pecan Pie: Susie's Cooking Show Episode 16
Today 2 Year old Susie is bakes an easy pecan pie. This recipe substitutes maple syrup for corn syrup or additional sugar, and is very easy to make.
Susie tried Pecans for the first time while making this pie. She wasn't really a fan of pecans, but she enjoyed putting the pie together in this easy recipe.

3 medium eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons organic white flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup halved pecans
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
