2 1/2 c Unsifted flour
1 ts Baking soda
2 Eggs
1 Jar mincemeat; none such
-ready to use 14 oz Sweatened condensed milk
8 oz Green candied cherries
-halved, 1 cup 8 oz Red candied cherries
-halved, 1 cup 6 oz Apricots, dried, chopped
6 oz Candied pineapple; chopped
1 1/2 c Pecans; chopped
Preheat oven to 300. Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan. Combine flour and baking soda. In large bowl, beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool -----
