Broccoli Casserole: 2 eggs beaten 1 stick of butter 1 cup of mayo 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 cup cheddar cheese 2 pkg of chopped broccoli (frozen) Ritz crackers or Stuffing Mix Mix ingredients together, pour into greased casserole dish, top with Ritz crackers or stuffing mix. Cook on 350 for 1 hour.
