INGREDIENTS:
For Cutlet:
* Potato (आलू) - 4 boiled
* Carrot/French Beans/Capsicum (गाजर/फ्रेंच बीन्स/शिमला मिर्च) - 1 cup boiled
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
* Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
* Bread Crumbs (ब्रेडक्रम्ब्स) - 4 tbsp
* Salt (नमक)
* Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
* Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - 1
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
For Barbeque Sauce
* Butter (मक्खन)
* Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 1
* Cloves (लौंग) - 4-5
* Cumin (जीरा) - 1/2 spoon
* Garlic (लहसुन) - grated 1 tbsp
* Tamarind (इमली) - 1/4 cup
* Jaggery (गुड़) - 4 tbsp
* Water (पानी) - 1/2 cup
* Salt (नमक)
* Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 spoon
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 2 tsp
* Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर केचप) - 3/4 cup
* White Vinegar (सिरका) - 1/4 cup
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
* Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) - 1 tsp
For Rice:
* Oil (तेल)
* Garlic (लहसुन)
* Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
* Green Chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Corns (कॉर्न) - 1/4 cup boiled
* Rice (चावल) - 1 bowl boiled
* Salt (नमक)
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
* Butter (मक्खन)
* Cottage Cheese (पनीर) - grated
For Veggies:
* Oil (तेल) - 1 spoon
* Butter (मक्खन) - 1 spoon
* Carrot/French Beans/Broccoli (गाजर/फ्रेंच बीन्स/ब्रोकोली) - boiled
* Salt (नमक)
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
* Chat Masala (चाट मसाला)
For Serving:
* Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी)
* Cucumber (खीरा)
* Butter (मक्खन)
* Rice (चावल)
* French Fries (फ्रेंच फ्राइज)
* Veggies (सब्ज़ी)
* Stuffed Capsicum (भरवां शिमला मिर्च)
* Cutlet (टिक्की)
* Sauce (सॉस)
RECIPE:
For Cutlet, take boiled Potatoes, mash them & put Carrot, Capsicum, French Beans, Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Bread Crumbs, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder & Black Pepper Powder then mix them all & make Cutlets. Wrap them with Bread Crumbs & fry them.
Fry the French Fries as well.
For Sauce, take a pan, put Butter, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Cumin Seeds, grated Garlic, Tamarind Pulp, Jaggery, Water, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar, Green Chili, Soya Sauce & cook them all. Sauce will get ready.
For Rice, take a pan, put Oil, Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, boiled Corns, boiled Rice, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Butter in it then saute them & take out them.
In the same pan, put Oil & Butter then put boiled Veggies like Carrot,French Beans,Broccoli,Salt,Black Pepper,Chat Masala & saute them.
Take a Capsicum, hollow it & boil it for 2 mins. Then stuff it with fried Rice,Paneer & Sauce.
For Sizzler, keep a Tawa, put chopped Cabbage, Cucumber Slices, Butter, Rice, French Fries, Veggies, Stuffed Capsicum, Cutlet & Sauce. Hot Veg Sizzler will get ready. You can make Sizzler on a Sizzler Plate as well in the same way.

Capsicum sliced - ½ cup
Raw papaya shredded - 1cup
Carrot juliennes - 1 cup
Spring onions chopped - ½ cup
Mint leaves - a handful
Salt - a pinch
Lemon juice - 2tbsp
Sesame (toasted) - 1tbsp
