How To make Homemade Cream Liqueurs
HOMEMADE CREAM LIQUEUR:
1 cn 14 oz Eagle Brand CONDENSED
SWEETENED Milk (Not evaporated milk) 1 1/4 c Flavored liqueur (almond,
Coffee, orange or mint) 1 c Whipping cream or coffee
Cream (1/2 PINT) 4 Eggs *
IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR:
1 1/4 c Or up to 1 3/4 cups Irish
Whiskey,or brandy, rum, rye Whiskey, bourbon, scotch 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand
SWEETENED CONDENSED milk (not evaporated milk) 1 c Whipping cream or coffee
Cream (1/2 PINT) 4 Eggs *
2 tb Chocolate flavored syrup
2 ts Instant coffee
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Almond extract.
In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month. Stir before serving * Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs. Eagle Brand Quick & Easy Typed by Dale/Gail Shipp

HOMEMADE MOKA IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
375 ml Irish Whisky
150 gr Sugar
100 gr Water
150 gr Heavy cream
150 ml Sweet condensed milk
1 teaspoon Corse ground coffee
1 table spoon Unsweetened cacao powder
1 gr Vanilla pod sliced in 2 lenght wise
Pinch freshly Grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Bitter almond extract
METHOD
- In a sous-vide bag, place all ingredients except for the whisky and almon extract.
- Seal the bag and place in water at 70 degrees celcius for 30 minutes using a precision immersion cooker.
- If you don't have sous-vide bags and immersion cooker, cook it on the stove making sure not to exceed 75 degrees using a thermometer.
- Then fine strain the mixture using nut milk bags or several layers of cheese cloth.
- Add the Whisky and almond extract
- Blend at high speed for 30 seconds and bottle up!

Make Your Own Cream Liqueur with Vodka by Brewbitz
If you love drinks like Dooleys, Baileys or whiskey cream liqueurs, then you'll be amazed and happy to know you know they are easy to make at home.
Perfect for a party, make up a punch bowl of this gorgeous creme liqueur and give your guests something warming as they come in from the cold, or just make it for yourself to sip on an evening in front of the tele.
This is a take one of Davin's favourite drinks and You'll LOVE it!!!
This is a simple combination of cream, vodka, sweetened condensed milk and a touch of vanilla extract.
The recipe is easy to follow and you can use any cup or glass to measure the ingredients:
2 measures of vodka / whisky (good quality)
1 measure of double cream (ideally not the extra thick, but if that's all you have...)
1 measure of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Put it all in a bowl and mix thoroughly so there are no lumps and all the sweetened condensed milk is stirred in.
Pour into sterilised bottles and keep in the fridge.
It should keep for approx. 2 weeks, so only make as much as you need. Then when you have ran out, make some more.
Twist 1 - Use whisky, rum, or brandy - what ever floats your boat.
Twist 2 - Use the caramelised version of sweetened condensed milk
