How To make Heavenly Sinful Lemon Chiffon Pie
Crust: 1 c All purpose flour
1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Grated lemon peel
1/2 c Butter
1 Egg yolk; slightly beaten
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Lemon juice
Filling: 4 Eggs; separated
1 c Sugar; divided
1/3 c Lemon juice
2 tb Grated lemon peel
1/2 ts Unflavored gelatin
1/4 ts Salt
Whipped cream Lemon peel for garnish Preheat oven to 400 F. For crust, combine flour, 1/4 C sugar and 1 Tb. lemon peel in medium bowl. Cut in butter until misxture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in egg yolk, vanilla and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Press evenly in 9 inch pie plate; Trim and flute edge. Prick dough and line with foil. Fill with dried beans, uncooked rice or pie weights and bake 10 minutes. Remove foil lining and beans (etc.); cool completely on wire rack. For filling: Beat 4 egg yolks in small bowl; Combine with 1/2 C sugar, 1/3 C lemon juice, 2 Tbs. lemon peel and the gelatin in top
of double boiler; Cook over boiling water 5 minutes or until thichened, stirring constantly; Remove from heat; Beat egg whites and salt in large bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining 1/2 C sugar, beating until stiff and glossy; Fold egg white mixture into lemon mixture; Pour into cooled crust. Refrigerate until set; Garnish with whipped cream and lemon peel.JM. -----

Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes
4 cups Milk (950 ml)
3/4 cup Sugar (170g)
5 tablespoons Cornstarch (45g)
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt (120g)
8x11 inch cake mold (18x28 cm)
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
1/3 cup Lemon Juice (100 ml)
1 1/4 cups Water (300 ml)
3 tablespoons Cornstarch (25g)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric or Food Coloring
1/4 cup Sugar (50g)
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour
Decorate with melted White Chocolate

BEST Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe
This Chocolate Cream Pie is completely no bake and egg free! The thick rich chocolate filling has an Oreo crust and a homemade whipped cream topping. It’s the BEST chocolate pie recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 9-inch Oreo Crust
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, plus more for topping 113g
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 396g
2 cups heavy whipping cream 294ml
1/4 cup powdered sugar 29g
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop chocolate and place in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Heat on 50% power in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Stir sweetened condensed milk into chocolate. Set aside. Doing this before making the whipped cream ensures the chocolate cools enough. Otherwise, let it sit about 5-10 minutes before using.
Place heavy whipping cream in the bowl of a stand mixer (or a large bowl if using a hand mixer). Beat until stiff peaks (whipped cream) forms, slowly adding powdered sugar and vanilla during mixing.
Carefully FOLD half of the whipped cream mixture into the chocolate mixture. Do not stir or you will break the whipped cream. Place in prepared pan. Top with remaining whipped cream. Shave extra chocolate on top, for garnish, optional.
Chill pie at least 2 hours before slicing and serving. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.
