本年もよろしくお願いいたします。
本来ならば身内の不幸がありましたのでご挨拶を控えさせていただくところですが、視聴者の皆様にはチャンネルとして新年のご挨拶をさせていただきたいと思います。
今回は海外でも大人気の日本アニメ『鬼滅の刃』で炭治郎が食べていた山かけうどんを完全再現しました。
ネギと山芋は庭で収穫。
そこで飼っている鶏の産みたて玉子。
日本で売られている玉子を使うと赤い黄身になってしまいますが、これはアニメと同じ昔ながら自然本来の黄色い色です。
日本からいらしたお客様にも食べていただいたら「パラグアイでこれが食べられるなんて」と大変喜んでいただきました。

山かけうどんレシピ
うどん麺(3人分)
小麦粉 中力粉 ない場合は薄力粉と強力粉を混ぜて代用 300g+打ち粉用
水 140㏄前後 固さを見ながら調整
塩 15g
スープ
鶏ガラとかつお節のだし汁または水 1リットル
塩 2g
醤油 6g
水を使用した場合チキンパウダー 5g とホンダシ5g
具材(人数分)
山イモ
卵黄
ネギ
きざみ海苔
ワサビ
だし汁の取り方
自家製麺(ラーメン用)
きつねうどん
