How To make Grilled Salisbury Steak In Belmont Sauce
1 3/4 pounds Finely ground lean chuck
1 1/2 tablespoons Finely chopped chives
Beef Salt 2 tablespoons Grated onion
Black pepper 2 tablespoons Grated ran green bell
Paprika Pepper Pinch of powdered thyme 1 clove Garlic

BELMONT SAUCE----- 3 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1/3 cup Tomato ketchup
Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Black pepper 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
A little mace to taste Generous dash Tabasco sauce Dry sherry wine
Mix all ingredients together and shape into 6 individual small steaks,about 3/4 " thick.Sprinkle with seasoned flour and brush with olive oil.Broil them for 5 to 6 minutes or more on each side,depending on degree of doneness desired. Belm ont Sauce: Melt butter with the rest of the ingredients.Blend well.Stir in 2 tb sp. sherry and bring almost to a boiling point.Arrange steaks on a hot platter and pour sauce over them.

1 Pie Crust (ready to bake)
1 ¼ Cups Sugar
¼ Cup Self Rising Flour
4 Eggs (divided: 3 yolks, 4 whites)
2 Cups Milk
½ Stick Butter
2 Cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut (divided)
2 Tsp. Vanilla
¼ Tsp. Cream of Tartar

Tender and juicy chicken breast spiced and coated in bread crumbs. Fried until golden and crispy. Served with creamy homemade mushroom sauce and fresh lemon wedges. A classic recipe!
Recipe
Chicken Schnitzel
∙ Canola oil for frying
∙ 2 Chicken breasts
∙ Salt & pepper to taste
∙ 1 cup flour
∙ 1 tablespoon Onion powder
∙ 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
∙ 1 tablespoon White pepper
∙ ½ tablespoon Lemon zest
∙ 2 Eggs
∙ Bread crumbs
Mushroom sauce
∙ 3 tablespoons Canola oil (I used rendered chicken fat)
∙ 1 Onion
∙ 250 grams White button mushrooms
∙ 1 Garlic clove
∙ ½ a Chicken bouillon cube
∙ a pinch of dried thyme
∙ ½ tablespoon dried parsley
∙ 2 tablespoons flour
∙ 2 cups Milk
∙ Salt & pepper to taste
Serve with a fresh salad and a lemon wedge
