2 slices White or egg bread (Challah) Green or black olivada Small amount of mayonnaise Swiss cheese Thin slices of ripe tomato Salt and pepper Spread each slice of bread with olivada, and a little bit of mayonnaise. Sandwich a slice or two of cheese in between the bread, with or without a slice of tomato. Saute or grill sandwich on each side until cheese has melted.
