How To make Grilled Burgers
1/4 c sour cream
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 1/2 lb ground beef
10 hamburger buns
split
lettuce leaves :
optional sliced tomato -- optional onion
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; ad beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4-5 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if desired.

Ingredients (for 2 Burgers)
for the chicken:
• 400g Boneless Skinless Raw Chicken Thighs (Approx. 100g per thigh)
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
• 80g Nando’s Peri Peri Quick Marinade (You can find these at most supermarkets)
• 1/2 Lemon Juice
For the Perinaise:
• 40g Light Mayo - 20g per burger (Brand: Hellmann’s)
• 15g Sriracha
• Pinch of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Salt & Pepper
For the Burger:
• 2x Brioche Burger Buns (Brand: Aldi - 159 cal per bun)
• 10g Perinaise per bun piece
• Lettuce Leaf
• 2 Tomato Slices
• 2 pieces of thigh
• 15g-20g Light Cheese Slice (Emental)
• 10g Pickled Red Onions (Brand: Sainsbury's)

RECIPE: Use 80/20 NEVER Frozen Ground Beef/Chuck, form patties as shown, cook your burgers on your preferred cooker (I used a Gas Grill at 450 degrees but you can slow smoke these or reverse sear etc.), melt cheese once the burgers hit 130 degrees internal temp, remove from heat and serve directly onto bun. Build the way you like and ENJOY!
