Gluten-Free Grape Muffins

To make these delectable grape muffins, we start by pureeing the grapes in a food processor, and then combine the puree with the remaining wet ingredients.
This gluten-free grape muffins recipe can easily be converted to a vegan recipe by using non-dairy milk and flax/chia eggs in place of conventional eggs. Here's how to make egg replacer with either chia seeds or flax seeds:
For each egg needed, mix 1 TBSP of either chia seeds OR ground flax meal with 2 1/2 TBSP of water. Stir and let sit 5 min until thickened, then add to the recipe as you would a conventional egg. Easy peasy!
Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then add the wet ingredients to the dry, and stir until everything is incorporated (don't overstir). Once our batter is ready, we carefully pour it into lined or greased muffin tins and pop them into the oven.
After a short baking time, our gluten-free grape muffins are ready to be enjoyed. These muffins have just a hint of sweetness from the small amount of honey used, with bursts of grape flavor. They're perfect for breakfast, on-the-go-snack, or even as a simple dessert.

베이킹파우더 baking powder 6g
소금 salt 2g
무염버터 unsalted butter 90g
설탕 sugar 100g (포도가 달아서 딸기머핀보다 설탕을 10g 뺐어요)
계란 2개 eggs 2
우유 milk 80mL
포도 350g(취향에 따라 가감하세요)
grape 350g

토핑 For topping
설탕 sugar 15g(백설탕으로 코팅해주는게 신의 한수니까 빼먹지 말고 해보세요.????)
