How To make Grandma's Apple Pie
2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
3/4 c Crisco shortening
3/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Ice water
Fine Granny Smith Apples, -peeled & cut 1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
Butter & Milk You can do the crust in a food processor if you don.t like stirring. Split in half, and line 9" pie plate with one half. Cut apples in thin slices. Combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, and pour over apples. Place apple mixture in bottom crust of 9" pie plate. Dot with butter. Put on top crust, making vents to allow steam to escape. In today's video we are taking a look at How To Make Apple Pie From Scratch Easy Simple. With this recipe you can be eating your pie in no time.
first we are going to pre heat the oven to 425 f and place the pie for 20 minutes then after 20 minutes we are going to lower the temperature to 375f for 30 minutes , once done we will let rest for 2hrs.
Ingredients
apple pie filling
1 bag of apples ( 8-9 apples )
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 tablespoon all purpose flour or corn starch
2 tablespoon of lemon/ lime juice
pie crust
1 1/2 cold sticks of butter
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
6-10 tablespoon of ice cold water
pie filling thickener
2 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 stick of butter
pie crust
4 sprinkles of sugar
egg wash
pre heat oven at 425f , then place pie for 20 minutes,then lower temperature to 375f for 30 minutes.

Grandma's Perfect Apple Pie Recipe | Peaches and Cream
My Grandma was always known for her amazing pies but especially her Apple Pie. Her influence has definitely developed my love of baking pies! This is her recipe with a few tweaks of my own over the years. I hope y'all enjoy! Make sure to leave a like and subscribe. Leave your comments below and I will get back with you as soon as I can.
Pie Crust:
3 cup (390 g) flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (226 g) butter
2/3 cup (165 ml) milk
Filling:
6 peeled and sliced apples
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup (33 g) flour
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 and bake another 40 minutes.

GRANDMA’S APPLE PIE

1 ½ oz. (45ml) Bourbon
½ oz. (15ml) Licor 43
¼ oz. (7ml) Créme de Cacao
1 oz. (30ml) Apple Juice
Grated Cinnamon
Garnish: Apple Slice, Cinnamon Stick
PREPARATION
1. Combine bourbon, licor 43, créme de cacao, and apple juice in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill.
2. Strain mix into serving glass over ice and grate a cinnamon stick over.
3. Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
