1 md Green Bell pepper

diced
1 md Red Bell pepper :

diced
1 md Yellow Bell pepper

diced
4 Stalks celery :

diced
2 Cucumbers

peeled and
Diced 28 cn Plum tomatoes :

chopped
With liquid 6 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil
3 c Cold water
1/4 c Italian parsley

chopped
1/2 c Fresh basil :

chopped
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Tabasco sauce
