3/4 c Chicken broth (low fat) 1/2 c Basil leaves (fresh - -loosely packed) 3 Garlic cloves peeled 4 tb Parmesan cheese, grated 1 tb Olive oil Salt & pepper to taste Heat broth to boiling. Combine ingredients in blender or food processor; process until basil and garlic are minced.
