How To make Fried Pickles
SEASONED EGG WASH:
1 Egg
1 ts Salt
1/3 c Milk
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/3 c Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 ts Tabasco
SEASONED FLOUR:
2 c Flour
1/2 tb Paprika
1 tb Garlic salt
1/4 ts Poultry seasoning
1/2 tb Black pepper
Oil for deep frying Klauson Whole Pickles Whip together all ingredients for seasoned egg wash, set aside. Mix ingredients for flour mixture in a shallow dish. Slice pickle 1/8" thick. Dip into flour mix, then egg wash, then flour mix again. Fry until golden brown, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels. Serve with dipping sauce of ranch dressing, ketchup or horseradish sauce. How to Make Fried Pickles
In this video I'll show you how to make delicious fried pickles. They're easy to make and they're great as an appetizer or just a quick snack.
1/2 jar of pickles (dill chips, your favorite brand)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c milk
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper
Oven Fried Pickles | Delish

INGREDIENTS
1 c. Sliced pickles
1 c. panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Ranch dressing, for dipping
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat pickles dry with paper towels.
2. In a medium shallow bowl, mix together panko, butter, dill, garlic powder and cayenne. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
Working in batches, toss pickle coins in flour until lightly coated, then toss pickles in eggs. Dredge the pickles in the panko mixture until fully coated.
3. Place pickles on prepared baking sheet and bake until the coating is golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.
4. Serve warm with ranch dressing.
