How To make Fresh Corn and Sausage Fritters
1 c All-purpose Flour, sifted
1 ts Baking Powder
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Paprika
1 c Sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 c Fresh Corn off the cob
2 Egg Yolks, beaten
2 tb Milk
2 Egg Whites, beaten stiff
Oil, for frying Sift flour, baking powder, and spices together in a mixing bowl. Add sausage, corn, egg yolks, and milk; mix until blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls into oil heated to 360 - 365 degrees. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, turning to brown on all sides. Drain on

How to make Sweet Corn Fritters just like Mama
Oil
: 1 -1/3 cups all purpose flour sifted
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1-2 cups frozen corn defrosted or 14.5 oz can whole kernel corn drained well
1 egg beaten slightly
3/4 cup milk
parsley flakes
1/2 cup white sugar

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tin corn
1/4 lg. onion
1/4 lg. bell pepper
1 med. celery stalk
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Mix well as per the video then allow to fry over medium heat in 2 1/2 cups of oil.
The Sauce
1/4 Mayonnaise
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. sugar
Mix well then serve.
